Jared Vasquez retiring after 13 years as Raiders AD

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) -Jared Vasquez has spent 30 years working in the Rapid City school system, the last 13 as Stevens activities director. Vasquez has decided to retire but he certainly made an impact on the Raiders.
