RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Rugby is not a mainstream sport in the United States, but a club in Rapid City is hoping to grow its popularity in Western South Dakota. Ben Burns learned more about Black Hills Rugby and what they’re doing to grow the local rugby community.
