RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Alana Wells spent 24 years traveling the world serving in the United States Air Force. After retirement, she settled in what she calls the haunting beauty of the Black Hills. Now, she takes her life experiences, writing fantastical fantasy books.
