Newell woman indicted on federal drug charge

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - A federal grand jury indicted a Newell woman for distribution of a controlled substance.

Kimberly Rich, 56, allegedly distributed a mixture or substance with a detectable amount of methamphetamine.

Rich faces up to 40 years in federal prison if she is convicted. She is in custody, awaiting trial.
