Habitat for Humanity puts out survey to help with area housing concerns

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - The need for housing and affordable housing is growing in South Dakota, with new people moving into our community over the last year.
Scott Engemann, the executive director for Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity, is responding to the area’s housing challenges.
