Cooking Beef with Eric - Corned Beef Chili
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Why spend hours cooking a corned beef brisket? Use canned corned beef and make a fantastic, flavorful chili!
First, remove corned beef from a can and cut into cubes. Set aside.
In a crockpot, place a can of charro beans with juice. Add corned beef, 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Drop in one teaspoon of olive oil. Stir to combine. Cook on high for an hour or so, stirring occasionally.
Serve with tortillas, on rice, eggs, etc.
