From Chief Meteorologist Mike Modrick:
Low Tonight: 13
Winds N 15-30 mph

Snow starts in Rapid City after 8pm tonight, and snowfall ends by 10am Tuesday. Rapid City accumulations will average 2" to 3", but blowing snow will be a big problem for the open plains, especially east of the Black Hills. Allow extra time Tuesday morning due to poor visibility

High Tomorrow: 15
Winds N 20-30 mph

Wind chills will hold near -10 Tuesday afternoon, and we could see a few breaks in the clouds after noon.

Wednesday will be a frigid day, but a much warmer weather pattern sets in Thursday afternoon and lasts through the upcoming weekend.
