We're in uncharted territory today and Tuesday with record high temperatures expected ... some areas seeing 100 year old records being broken as a ridge of high pressure aloft moves over KOTA Territory. Monday's record in Rapid City is 64 set back in 1931.

Somewhat cooler temperatures return by Wednesday, with even cooler air by the weekend, but the latest computer models are indeterminate as to whether arctic air will make it into KOTA Territory or not. Stay tuned!
