Rapid City accumulations will average 2" to 3", but blowing snow will be a big problem for the open plains, especially east of the Black Hills. Allow extra time Tuesday morning due to poor visibility
High Tomorrow: 15 Winds N 20-30 mph Wind chills will hold near -10 Tuesday afternoon, and we could see a few breaks in the clouds after noon.
Wednesday will be a frigid day, but a much warmer weather pattern sets in Thursday afternoon and lasts through the upcoming weekend.
