Daily Forecast

From Chief Meteorologist Mike Modrick::

We are calling today a Severe Weather Alert Day. We still have potential for severe weather, with large hail and damaging winds possible, especially this afternoon and evening. You should keep your TV or radio on, download the KOTA Mobile Weather App, and keep your cell phone charged up for Tuesday. The most common time for severe storms is between 3pm to 9pm.

Afternoon storms will also develop Wednesday and Thursday, and then that's pretty much the end of good rain setups. A drier and hotter weather pattern returns for the weekend and continues for the first week of August.
