Daily Forecast

From Meteorologist Yasser Kishk:

A few isolated thunderstorms will develop this afternoon and evening around the Black Hills. Some of the storms could become severe with 1"+ hail and 60+ mph winds. Storm will be very hit and miss though and not everyone will get in on the rain action.

A warmer and drier weather pattern develops this weekend into next week. There will occasionally be a slight chance of afternoon and evening thunderstorms, but most areas will be dry. Temps cool back into the 80s by the end of the week.

A long range sneak peek into Sturgis Rally week - no big, organized storms heading our way, just the threat of the hit-and-miss thunderstorms typical of August. We'll keep tracking the possibilities!.
