Daily Forecast

From Chief Meteorologist Mike Modrick:

We had an interesting fog bank this morning as winds turned to the East and Southeast. Tonight winds will be more out of the South and a bit stronger (only at 5 to 10 mph). That difference should not allow much fog, if any, to develop by Wednesday morning.

We have sunshine this week, and temperatures just a little above average. Average high on Tuesday is 80 downtown, and we'll be 5 to 10 degrees above that through Saturday.

Showers and thunderstorms will be possible during the Labor Day Weekend. Computer models are not in agreement on the best time frame for rain. But the possibility starts late Sunday, and Monday, possibly even a few showers Tuesday morning. And we cool off, heading 5 to 10 degrees below average Sunday and Monday.
