Macaroni Salad

Recipe from Jo Cuka of Meckling, S.D.

1 lb. of macaroni
2 cucumbers - peeled, diced into small pieces (take seeds out)
3 roma tomatoes - diced
1/2 cups chopped onions
2 cups of shredded cheese
Kraft Ranch Dressing

Boil macaroni until done. Drain water off of it and then add cucumbers, tomatos, onions, and shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Kraft Ranch Dressing to your desired creaminess. Chill and serve. A very refreshing salad for a hot day.

* You may add more tomatos in it if you want or just omit them if you don't like tomatoes.
