Meet the Owner, David Todd Fossen - KOTA Territory News

Todd Fossen was born in Hettinger North Dakota. He moved to Illinois where he grew up in the flooring business with his father. He went on to Northern California where he gained extensive experience in a highly competitive Northern California market.
He met his beautiful wife Sandra in Santa Rosa California where in 1997 Todd and Sandra had a wonderful daughter, Racquel. She brightened his whole world!
In 2004 Todd relocated his business to Rapid City South Dakota to a part of the country where Todd's roots are from so his daughter could have an excellent upbringing and a great education.
His hobbies are hunting, hiking with his family and training his dogs Rex, Kid and Gracie.
Todd puts God first in his life and he believes all will be right!
