Should your lawn become damaged or have bare spots, reseed immediately to prevent competitive weed growth from becoming established.

Use. Allow no traffic for two to three months.  Low traffic use is permitted three to four months after seeding.  Normal use is possible after the first year of growth.  With proper care, your new lawn will provide beauty, a clean playing surface, and an improved environment and remain a great asset to your property.  Your key to success is a well-management watering, fertilizing, and mowing program as outlines above.
