Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins



1 C. flour

1 ½ C. quick oats, uncooked

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. baking soda

¼ tsp. salt



1 C. buttermilk

½ C. brown sugar, packed

¼ c. oil

1 egg, beaten


Mix wet ingredients into dry mixing just until moist.  Fold in:

1 C. blueberries


Preheat oven to 425.  Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.  Bake 20-25 minutes or until done.
