Taco Dip

1 lb. Ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 jar picante sauce
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
1 sm. jar black olives
1 8oz. Cream cheese
Dash of chives
1 sm. container of Sour Cream
2 cups of shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese or (Mexican cheese)
salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger meat and onions with salt and pepper and drain. Add the taco seasoning according to directions on back of package. Layer in a casserole dish: meat, cream cheese, picante sauce, sour cream, chives, black olives, and cheese. Bake in oven on 350' for 30 minutes. This is really good for tailgating or parties.
