Lincoln program to explore scientific illustration

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - The next Sunday with a Scientist program will explore scientific illustration.

The program is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Morrill Hall on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln City Campus.

Visitors will learn how illustrators examine specimens and work with scientists. Hands-on activities will include working with microscopes to examine specimens and drawing what is seen, group mural making, sketching and recording information in field journals.
