SPEARFISH, S.D. (AP) - An ROTC sergeant from Black Hills State University has pleaded not guilty to forcible rape and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
The Rapid City Journal reports (http://bit.ly/1mXnIsH ) 39-year-old Cesar Olaso appeared in court on Tuesday.
The alleged incident occurred April 6.
Olaso faces 25 years in prison on the rape charge and 30 days in jail on the charge of providing alcohol to a minor.
He remains free after posting a $15,000 bond.
Judge Warren G. Johnson ordered Olaso not to have any contact with the alleged victim.
