Downtown Rapid City hosting Native Arts festival

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - The second annual Great Plains Native American art and culture festival will be held next weekend in downtown Rapid City.

It will feature 39 established and emerging artists, including Don Montileaux, Angela Babby, Roger Broer, and last year's best of show winner, Denton Fast Whirlwind.

The festival all day Saturday at Main Street Square.
