12 oz shell or small elbow macaroni, cooked to package directions
1 green pepper, chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 small of half a large onion, finely chopped
1 to 1 1/2 c mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
dash of hot pepper sauce
After cooking pasta, drain well and then rinse with cold water, then drain again.
Combine remaining ingredients and combine with pasta. Cover and chill several hours or overnight and serve. You may need to add a touch more mayonnaise, if you want it creamier.
