Village at Skyline Pines expands in Rapid City

The Village at Skyline Pines will break ground on a new 114-unit facility in Rapid City next week.

Of the 114 units, 40 will be dedicated to memory care in which the residents will enjoy a fully private and secure back yard. Randy Kozeal, president of Skyline Village, feels this environment will be very beneficial.  "Our interior of the building, were they live, is being set up barrier free. So, they will never really run into a dead end," Kozeal said.

The project, which came to fruition in part by the Rapid City Economic Development Partnership and the Rapid City Chamber of Commerce, has a price tag of $22.4 million.
