Police investigate Rapid City shooting

Rapid City police are investigating a shooting in Rapid City.

It happened just before 11 p.m. Monday night in the 2000 block of Ash Street. Police said the victim, a 20-year-old man, was shot one time in the chest. He was taken to Rapid City Regional Hospital. His condition is unknown.

A witness said he heard 15 to 20 shots fired, and then saw a man run through the trailer park and collapse in front of one of the homes.

No gun has been recovered and police have no suspects. During the investigation, police arrested 31-year-old Kimberlie Big Boy and 23-year-old Joseph Andrews for lying to the police.
