Judge sets $200K bond for man shot by law enforcement

By Barrett Phillips

Bond is set at $200,000 for a Travis Ross who is accused of threatening law enforcement officers with a rifle.

The 43-year-old was shot by police last June after he allegedly pointed a rifle at officers following a high speed pursuit.

The chase started in Rapid City and ended near New Underwood.

A DCI investigation cleared the officers of any wrongdoing.

Ross had a blood alcohol level of .19 at the time of the shooting.
