Accused baby abuser's case moving slow

The case for a man accused of seriously injuring a baby is at a standstill while his attorney sifts through thousands of pages of the child's medical records.
Austin Ehns, 26, faces charges of infant battery for allegedly hitting a toddler after he threw up on him in December. The toddler wasn't expected to live, but is doing better now. Ehns was in a relationship with the boy's mother.
