Mexican Beef Quiche


1 pie crust
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/4 c water
1 c sour cream
crushed corn chips

Brown ground beef. Drain extra drippings. ADd water and taco seasoning and stir to combine. Cook until any water evaporates.

Meanwhile, crush corn chips in a ziploc bag. Put half of the chips on bottom of pie crust. Then add beef mixture. Next, top with sour cream, then finish with remaining crushed corn chips.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
