The construction on East North Street has been going on since last May,the goal, improve the roads, but there is one thing its not improving aand that's the business to some stores.
Steve Harman, manager of O'Reilly Auto Parts, on East North, says since the construction began he's lost about $3,000 a day. Due to the construction Harman's main entrance into his work place is shut off and the only other entrance is in the back down an alley. With summer being his busiest time he fears things wont get any better."I can see coming in it's great for road improvement, but when you cost me this kind of money it makes it hard to get up and come to work everyday," said Harman.
Construction to East North is slated to be finished sometime in the middle of May. The project cost 5.4 million dollars.
