Good choices versus bad choices. That was the focus Thursday for students participating in the S.A.D.D convention at Cedar Canyon Camp.
S.A.D.D which stands for students against destructive decisions is a program that promotes making healthy choices. Students from all over KOTA Territory took part in the two day event, which gave the students the opportunity to take part in games and listen to key note speakers, all with a focus on positive decision making. Karlee Peterson, who was a student participant said it's a great way to learn from peers. "We're going to enjoy some key note speakers and some energizers and get to know each others ideas and such from different schools," said Peteron.
There were 13 chapters represented with more than 125 students participating.
