Two people are recovering after a semi–cab collided with a train.

It happened about 3:30 Wednesday afternoon at the Stage Stop Road near exit 48 off Interstate 90.

According to the South Dakota Highway Patrol, the driver failed to stop before crossing the tracks.

The tracks are clear and the train is moving again.

The cause is under investigation.
