Strawberry, Goat Cheese and Prosciutto Salad


4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
1/2 c fresh strawberries
1 c cherry or grape tomatoes
8 oz fresh greens
4oz goat cheese
2 oz pecans
balsamic glaze or balsamic vinaigrette

Place greens, strawberries, tomatoes on a plate. Top with goat cheese and pecans and drizzle with balsamic.

Serves 4 as an entree salad.
