A man arrested in Hot Springs after six years on the run from murder charges will be extradited to Montana.
Adam Hatfield, 23, waived extradition Friday morning in a Fall River County courtroom. He will be transported to Butte, Montana where he will face trial.
Hatfield was arrested at a Hot Springs convenience store on Wednesday.
He's accused of killing his father, 49-year-old Matt Hatfied in 2008 in Montana's Butte-Silver Bow County.
Authorities say Hatfield has been living in the Smithwick area southeast of Hot Springs for the past two months.
