FORT WORTH, Texas, Feb. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH) will host a webcast of its fourth-quarter earnings conference call with investors starting at 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, to review financial results for the fourth quarter, which ended December 31, 2013.

RadioShack also will issue a news release summarizing its fourth-quarter results and intends to file its Form 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission before the start of market trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 4, 2014.
