Job creation is one of the top priorities for Box Elder's mayor.
In his State of the City Address, Mayor William Griffiths also talked about new business, like dairy queen, and a new dollar general coming to the city.
Griffiths says businesses are the key to increasing sales tax revenue.
"The more business we can get in, the more jobs we can offer to our own people, and build up our own economy. And that's what we're trying to do," said Griffiths.
This is the mayor's second State of the City Address.
