Thune unsure whether he'll support Farm Bill

After months of waiting, the U.S. House passed a farm bill Wednesday morning.  The bill now heads to the Senate where a vote could happen by the end of the week.

South Dakota Republican U.S. Senator John Thune says he's not sure whether he'll support it. "There are a lot of things in there that are good," He said. "But having said that, the commodity title of the bill, which is the cornerstone of the bill, is really flawed," Senator Thune continued.
Democratic Senator, Tim Johnson says he will support the bill, but he is discouraged by the weakened payment limitations for the commodity programs, and he's frustrated that it punts the decision of defining who is eligible for payments to the secretary of agriculture.
