A man involved in a high-speed pursuit through Rapid City's northside faces a laundry list of charges.
Ryan Shot With Arrow, age 19, has been charged with aggravated eluding, possession of a controlled weapon and altered firearm, and possession and ingestion of a controlled substance.
The indictment stems from a simple traffic stop that turned into a pursuit on January 9th.
Shot With Arrow and his two passengers were sent to the hospital with serious injuries when their vehicle crashed on Haines Avenue ending the chase.
Police then found guns, meth and other drug paraphernalia inside of the vehicle.
If convicted, Shot With Arrow faces up to 16 years behind bars.
