Creamed Spinach

2 TB butter
1 shallot, chopped
2 10oz boxes frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 TB flour
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 ac chicken broth
1/2 ac sour cream
salt and pepper
pinch of cayenne
pinch of nutmeg

Saute shallot in butter until soft. Add spinach and warm through.

Stir in flour, Worcestershire and broth, then add sour cream, salt, pepper and cayenne. Cook 5 minutes.

Add a pinch of nutmeg and serve.
