4 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 large onions, finely chopped
1/4 c butter
1/2 c fresh parsley, chopped
16oz can chicken broth
8 oz seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 loaf French bread, cut in cubes
2 eggs, beaten
Saute onions in butter. stir in seasoned bread crumbs and eggs. Add in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Bake in a bread loaf pan, 350 degrees 30 minutes covered, an additional 15 to 30 uncovered.
Sufficient to stuff a 10-12lb turkey.
