2 c baked pumpkin pulp
2 c vegetable broth (or 1 c vegetable broth and 1 c cream)
1 c apple juice
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender or puree in a blender.
Drizzle additional cream on top, if desired.
