Rapid City woman sentenced to jail time in statutory rape case

A Rapid City woman involved in a statutory rape case will spend some time behind bars despite a deal with prosecutors.
Monday afternoon, 20-year-old Katrina Hague was sentenced to 180 days in the Pennington County Jail and five years of probation for being as accessory to 4th Degree Rape.

She was immediately taken into custody.

Seventh Circuit Judge Janine Kern said that Hague minimized her role in the rape of a 15-year-old girl. Although, Judge Kern said that she believes Hague is sincere in her remorse.

Hague apologized to the victim and her family members who were present in courtroom.
She said she would take her actions back if she could.
Hague's husband at the time, Alexander Martinez has also made a plea deal and is being charged as an accessory in the case.  He's scheduled to be sentenced next month.
