A candidate for the US Senate seat in South Dakota visits KOTA Territory. Annette Bosworth, from Sioux Falls, is in Rapid City for the first time since announcing her candidacy.
She is in town to talk to different groups, including the Republican Women of Pennington County, about what she'll do if she's elected. Bosworth said her experience as a physician will help her in office.
"The country is in crisis it needs rescue and part of that is healthcare. One sixth of the economy is our healthcare and by 2015 it's projected to be one fifth of the economy. 70 percent of that bill is not written yet," Bosworth said.
Bosworth was in Rapid City for two days.
