Custer State Park visitor center to get new home

Custer State Park is getting an upgraded visitor center by moving out of the Peter Norbeck Center into a whole new building.
ARC International has been chosen to design the new visitor center, with the goal of capturing the granite peaks, sweeping vistas, and, of course, the wildlife. The new building will also feature a state-of-the-art theatre and media production.

According to ARC, the Peter Norbeck Visitor Center will be converted into a nature programs building.
The new Custer State Park visitor center is scheduled to open 2015.
