Ribeye Steak with 4-Ingredient Rub


4 choice ribeye steaks
salt and pepper
chili powder
cayenne pepper

In a small bowl, combine all rub ingredients. Adjust the ratio of spices to your preference.

Rub both sides of steaks and transfer to a hot grill. Cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, longer if desired. Remove steaks and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

TIP: make sure steaks are at room temperature before cooking.
