Montana man pleads not guilty to rape charges


A Great Falls, Montana man, facing life in prison for two separate first degree rape charges, has entered a not guilty plea.    

Monday morning, 30 year old Edward McIntosh was arraigned on two counts of first degree rape. The first alleged incident happened last August. The second in November with a girl younger than thirteen years old.

He faces a minimum of 15 years in prison and a maximum of life on each count if convicted.  

He's being held without bond.
