No charges expected in Rapid City "shark-napping"

It looks like the Pirates Cove "shark–napper" may get away with the crime.  

Pennington County State's Attorney Mark Vargo says his office will not be moving forward with any charges in the case right now.  Vargo says if investigators find more information, they may be able to prosecute at another time.

RCPD spokesperson Tarah Heupel says at this point there are no new leads and investigators don't believe the suspect is in the area anymore.
