4 slices Artisan bread, cut in half
4 fresh figs, sliced in half
8 slices of Prosciutto
1/4 lb bleu cheese
Place a half of a fig on each half of bread, top with wedge of blue cheese, drape with a slice of Prosciutto, and drizzle with Balsamic glaze.
Serve with wine and marinated olives. Add chocolate for a complete meal :).
You can replace the figs with strawberries and/or the bleu cheese with goat cheese if you want.
