Unique fast food restaurant opens in Rapid City.

A unique fast food restaurant has opened in Rapid City.
Z'mariks Noodle Cafe opened yesterday on West Main Street. The restaurant is designed to be fast, casual and affordable.

Z'mariks serves fresh, made-to-order noodle, rice, soup and salad bowls. They also offer several well known pasta dishes such as traditional macaroni and cheese, alfredo, marinara and teriyaki bowls

Owner Matt Benne said guests have had nothing but good things to say about the food.
"The response has been incredible we've had so much good feedback from the guest. And hopefully we continue to get that feedback because we're back here moving around pretty quickly and it's nice to get that feedback as they're leaving."
The restaurant originated in Iowa City in May 2002 and the Rapid City location is the company's very first franchise.
