A Rapid City man pleads not guilty to attempting to kill his estranged wife. Robert Rasch faces a charge of attempted first degree murder, two aggravated assault charges, and one count of first degree burglary.
The charges stem from a May 23rd incident where he allegedly hurt his wife by strangling her. Rasch could face up to 25 years in prison for attempted first degree murder, and up to 25 years for the first degree burglary charge.
Rasch's next court appearance is set for the end of the month.
