Victim's family upset after Rapid City judge delays sentencing

Posted:

The family of a child pornography victim is upset after a Rapid City judge delays the sentencing of the perpetrator.

The attorney for 32–year–old Jason Wolf, who pled guilty with child manufacturing pornography, came to court unprepared for Wolf's sentencing today and asked the judge to delay the hearing.

Seventh Circuit Judge Thomas Trimble agreed, even though prosecutors objected. The family of the victim reportedly had to travel for today's sentencing.

Wolf will now be sentenced on Thursday, July 18th.
