Two arrested for climbing Mount Rushmore

Two Florida men were arrested and charged with trespassing after climbing the face of Mount Rushmore.

The Memorial's Chief of Interpretation, Maureen Mcgee-Ballinger says William Stevens, 20, and Boaz Roberts, 21, were taken into federal custody mid-afternoon Tuesday. She says they crossed into an area that is clearly marked with closed signs, which she says the two men could not have missed.

They were seen climbing just below the chins.
