An attempted first-degree murder case has been delayed yet again.
Elijah White Magpie's case was postponed last month while attorneys waited for his medical record, which will be sent to the Human Services Center for a psychiatric evaluation.
White Magpie's attorney says he now has the records, but the HSC will not be able to review White Magpie's records for another 10 weeks.
White Magpie was shot in February after he allegedly threatened a police officer with a knife.
He is charged with attempted pre-meditated first degree murder, aggravated assault on an officer and two counts of intentional damage to public property.
